HÉRITAGE is a medium heat sauce inspired by different culinary wonders brought to our countries by the migratory waves. From the yellow mustard so dear to our snacks of yesteryear, passenger of European immigration, to spices from Asia and chili peppers from the South, the familiar ingredients remind us that our heritage is rich with knowledge from elsewhere. All this is welcomed by a touch of maple syrup from here, which goes well with all the flavors of the region.
